CIAM (Centro Internacional de Arbitraje de Madrid) participará en una de las sesiones de la 16ª conferencia bienal «The Wind of Reforms of Major Institutional Rules» organizada por The International Federation of Commercial Arbitration Institutions (IFCAI).
IFCAI co-organiza con The Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA) una jornada sobre las novedades más importantes de los reglamentos de arbitraje.
La segunda sesión, titulada «LCIA, BCDR, SCC & ICDR-AAA Rules Reforms», será moderada por José Antonio Caínzos Fernández, presidente de CIAM. En ella participarán Jamie Harrison, Director General – London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA); Natalia Petrik, Legal Counsel – Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce; Salim Sleiman, Senior Case Manager – Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution BCDR-AAA; y Eric P. Tuchmann, International SVP & General Counsel – International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR).
