Webinar:  May 4th – 17.00h (CET)

MIAC (CIAM) is proud to co-organize with the Deutsche Institution für Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit e.V. (DIS) German Arbitration Institute the webinar «Spain and Germany as Seat of Arbitration», which will be celebrated on May 4th at 17:00h (CET).

The event will focus on the jurisdictions of Spain and Germany, their relationship with international arbitration, as well as their characteristics when being seats of arbitration, and will be presented by Dr. Herbert Kronke (Chairman of the DIS Board of Directors) and our President, José Antonio Caínzos Fernández.

The webinar will feature a panel of renowned experts, such as Erik Schäfer, Josef Fröhlingsdorf, Elizabeth Hincapie, LLM and Heidi López Castro, after which there will be a Q&A session. Finally, Andreas Heinrich and Víctor Gamero Cabo will do the closing remarks.
