CIAM-CIAR is governed by its own Bylaws approved by its governing body at the plenary meeting held on 15 October 2019.

It administers arbitration proceedings in accordance with its Arbitration Rules, which have four annexes:

• • The rules for the appointment of arbitrators
  • The Center’s fees and arbitrators’ fees
  • Reference Procedure
  • Optional challenge of the award

The Center has a model arbitration agreement that users can include in their contracts.

The CIAM-CIAR General Secretariat issues guides and notes to assist the user at each step of the arbitration procedure.
