PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data you communicate to us are processed by CIAM-CIAR, which has its registered office at C/ de las Huertas, 13- 28012 Madrid - +34 91 538 35 48 - info@ciam-ciar.com, responsible for the processing, hereinafter referred to as CIAM.
Your data is processed in accordance with the Spanish law -LO 3/2018 of December 5, 2018, on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights- and to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on data protection as of its entry into force on May 25, 2020. Your data will be managed by the general services of CIAM-CIAR for the following purposes:
• To manage your registration for the event and your access to the event on site;
• To pay for the selected services (your bank details are deleted once payment has been received);
• To send you information messages from CIAM-CIAR.
Our subcontractors in charge of the organization of the Congress, of the IT infrastructure, of our management software, of the realization and maintenance of our website and our extranet, to the extent necessary for the performance of their respective jobs, may access your data from time to time. Their servers are located in the European Union. Your data relating to your participation in the event is retained for 10 years. We are obliged to keep your billing data until the expiration of our fiscal and accounting obligations, i.e. for 6 fiscal years. We are obliged to retain billing data until the expiration of our tax and accounting obligations, i.e. for 6 full fiscal years. We keep your contact data to inform you until you ask us to stop doing so. You have a right of access to your data and the right to rectify it if necessary. You can object to the processing of your data that we carry out in our legitimate interest.
